Traditional Medical Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union employees, early retirees, and their families in Washington State locations. Plan based on a Personal Care Provider (PCP) who coordinates care received from specialists, hospitals, and other providers.

Selections® Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union employees, early retirees, and their families in Washington State locations. Plan based on a Personal Care Provider (PCP) who coordinates care received from specialists, hospitals, and other providers.

Select NetworkSM Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union and nonunion employees, early retirees, and their families in Washington State locations. You receive benefits as long as you use Selections network providers. No referrals or Personal Care Provider (PCP) required.

Selections® Plus Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union and nonunion employees, early retirees, and their families in the greater Portland, Oregon and Wichita, Kansas areas. Higher level of benefits available when you see your Primary Physician or coordinate specialty care with a Regence Member Care Coordinator.

Traditional PPO Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union employees and early retirees and their families. Flexibility to see any covered provider you want in our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with no referrals or Personal Care Provider (PCP) required.

Basic PPO Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union early retirees and their families. Flexibility to see any covered provider you want in our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with no referrals or Personal Care Provider (PCP) required.

Traditional Indemnity Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union Medicare-eligible retirees and their families. Flexibility to see any covered provider you want in our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with no referrals or Personal Care Provider (PCP) required.

Basic Indemnity Plan

Prior to January 1, 2011, available to certain union Medicare-eligible retirees and their families. Flexibility to see any covered provider you want in our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with no referrals or Personal Care Provider (PCP) required.
