The price for conventional LASIK in Idaho is $895 per eye, and custom LASIK is $1,295 per eye. This offer includes a comprehensive eye exam, pre- and post-operative care and a retreatment warranty.

What are the costs?

Monthly dues - The amount of your monthly dues depends on the fitness center you decide to join. By performing a search on the GlobalFit website or calling GlobalFit at (800) 294-1500, you can get information on monthly dues, hours of operation, and location.

Affiliation fee - All fitness centers have some sort of affiliation or sign-up fee. This is a one-time charge you pay at the time you join. The industry average is $250 while the GlobalFit affiliation fee average is $98. This is all part of the total cost of the fitness center and access to all the other discounts and benefits offered through GlobalFit. GlobalFit splits this fee into two equal amounts (three for couple or family) and adds it to your first two (or three) payments making joining a club easy and affordable.
