Fitness Club Discount Program
Fitness Club Discount Program - You and your family may receive up to 60% off of membership rates at any of the participating health clubs in the GlobalFit network, including over 20 participating clubs in Oregon and over 1,500 clubs nationwide.
How do I find a participating club?
Using your zip code, you can perform a search at www.globalfit.com/RegenceOregon or
call (800) 294-1500 to find a participating fitness center nearest to you. There are over 20 available clubs in Oregon and Clark County, Washington and over 1,500 clubs nationwide.
What are the costs?
Monthly dues - The amount of your monthly dues depends on the fitness center you decide to join. By performing a search on the GlobalFit website or calling GlobalFit at (800) 294-1500, you can get information on monthly dues, hours of operation, and location.
Affiliation fee - All fitness centers have some sort of affiliation or sign-up fee. This is a one-time charge you pay at the time you join. The industry average is $250 while the GlobalFit affiliation fee average is $98. This is all part of the total cost of the fitness center and access to all the other discounts and benefits offered through GlobalFit. GlobalFit splits this fee into two equal amounts (three for couple or family) and adds it to your first two (or three) payments making joining a club easy and affordable.
How do I enroll?
- Call GlobalFit at (800) 294-1500. To receive the special discounted rates, you must enroll through GlobalFit, not through the club.* You may also enroll online at www.globalfit.com/RegenceOregon. Simply follow the instructions to review fitness club options and to sign up.
- Choose the fitness club that's best for you. GlobalFit's friendly representatives can answer questions about locations, hours, and amenities, so you'll get exactly what you're looking for...without a sales pitch. You may also search for clubs by zip code on the GlobalFit website.
- Select a convenient monthly billing option through checking, savings, or a major credit card. There is a one-time affiliation fee, which is broken into two easy payments of $29.00 to $69.00 each. Additional discounts apply for family members.

QualSight features a credentialed national network of board-eligible ophthalmologists. With QualSight, LASIK surgery is now affordable at prices that are 40% to 50% lower than the national average.
LASIK is an outpatient procedure that uses a cool beam of light, called Excimer Laser, to reshape the cornea. LASIK treats nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. Since LASIK was approved by the FDA to treat vision correction, more than 12.4 million procedures have been performed in the United States.
How to use this program

QualSight care managers will answer your questions, provide a telephone screening to determine potential candidacy, and schedule an appointment. After scheduling your pre-operative appointment, the care manager will collect a refundable deposit of $490, which is applied to the cost of the procedure.

TruVision is the discount vision care program available to Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon and Regence Life and Health Insurance Company members.
We partnered with TruVision, Inc. to bring discounted laser vision correction services such as LASIK and PRK eye surgery to our members. TruVision also offers a discount contact lens mail order program Regence members can easily access via the Web or by calling TruVision's toll-free telephone number.
LASIK/PRK Surgery - With TruVision, Regence members residing in Oregon and Clark County, Washington pay just $895 per eye for laser vision correction surgery. Custom LASIK is $1,295 per eye. This offer includes a comprehensive eye exam, pre- and post-operative care and a retreatment warranty.
Laser vision correction surgery costs vary for Regence members residing outside Oregon or Clark County, Washington. Please contact TruVision directly for the actual cost of services.

Just show your Regence identification card and mention the new member benefit rate. Benefit rates vary by club, and not every YMCA offers the same classes and services. Call the YMCA nearest you for specific details.
It's never too late to start an exercise program - no matter what your age. Trained professionals at the YMCA can help you design a program that is appropriate for your age and physical ability.
