Weight Management Program

Regence is excited to partner with PEBB to offer the WeightWatchers® program at no cost to you.  This program is available for employees only beginning January 2009. 

 

The program is offered in three-month segments from January through November, 2009.  Meetings are available through your local community groups, online or through “At Work” groups. 

 

The first step is to call Regence to receive your access code.   Regence Customer Service can be reached in the Portland area at  (503) 220-3849 and all other areas at (800) 826-9813.  Once you’ve received your access code, you have the following options:

 

  • To join a community group, call Weight Watchers (866) 454-2144. Give them your access code and ask for Local Meeting vouchers. Take a voucher to your first meeting.
  • To join online, call Weight Watchers (866) 454-2144. Give them your access code, ask for the promotion code and how to register.
  • To join an At Work group, give the access code to the Meeting Leader at your worksite. To set up an At Work meeting with at least 15 participants, call Jan Krumrey at (800) 8-AT-WORK.
