CareEnhance® Nurse Advice Line
CareEnhance gives you 24/7 phone access to health information and advice from experienced, registered nurses. You (or your enrolled family members) can call anytime you’re sick, hurt, or in need of quick, reliable medical advice. CareEnhance nurses can help you decide if you should go to the ER, see your doctor or treat your problems at home. You’ll also have access to an AudioHealth Library® with pre-recorded health information on nearly 1,200 topics.
When you call CareEnhance, the nurse will:
- Ask about your symptoms or health concerns
- Help you choose the best time and place for care
- Help you begin self-treatment at home (if appropriate)
- Offer to call back to see how you’re doing
