Regence Health CoachSM Program

Sometimes you need an extra boost to make lasting healthy lifestyle changes, such as losing weight, getting more exercise, or eating right. That’s why PEBB is partnering with Regence to provide health coaches who can help you set and reach your health goals. The program is free to you and any of your covered family members.

Our Regence Health Coach Program gives you:

Here's what participants are saying about Regence Health Coach:

“My upfront goal was to exercise more and lose weight and then I’m hoping to work on some other things as time goes on. I have lost 26 pounds and I’m walking more. I’m working with my husband, so it’s a joint effort. My health coach gave me good materials and advice. She’s also told me some of the things I was doing wrong. She offers encouragement and follows up with me, which is good. It’s nice to have someone watching over me so I don’t slip.” - Marla L.

“Being coached a little bit has helped me keep on track with what I should be doing to improve my health. I've been asking questions because my husband has diabetes and health problems. There's just the two of us in the household so if I eat healthy, he's eating healthy. It's benefiting both of us. It hasn't been intrusive at all in my opinion. The timing has also been good. My health coach e-mails me periodically, and just when I think about giving up, here comes an e-mail from her. It's just timely enough to get me to think about what I'm doing and the wonderful things about the program.” - Karen E.
