If you are turning 65 or becoming Medicare-eligible due to a disability, please go to the box to the right entitled "Eligibility for Medicare Plan Enrollment" and select the month in which you are Medicare eligible. Your seven-month enrollment window will be displayed.

Service area for Regence MedAdvantage (PPO) includes the following counties:

Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Hood River, Jackson, Josephine, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Wasco, Washington and Yamhill counties in Oregon, and Clark County in Washington.
