Lisa Brubaker
Senior Vice President, Government Programs
Lisa is responsible for growth, finance and operations of government programs, with accountability for overall performance of the company's Medicare and Federal Employee Programs (FEP) lines of business and other government contracts.
Before joining Regence in 2012, Lisa worked at MVP Health Care, a nonprofit health plan where her most recent role was executive vice president of Government Programs for MVP Health Care. She was responsible for the company's product financial performance, Medicare Advantage product expansion and membership growth, and its competitive Star Ratings.
Previously, she was senior vice president and chief operating officer for Preferred Care, before that company's acquisition by MVP Health Care. Her experience includes overall strategy development for government programs including network management, operational performance, product development, and financial performance.
Lisa serves on the Oregon Business Association's Education Committee. She is a graduate of Iowa State University and the University of Michigan, School of Public Health, where she earned her master's degree in Health Service Administration.
