David Clark
Senior Vice President, Health Care Services
David leads Regence health care services division with responsibility for health care provider network strategy, medical operations, medical management and pharmacy services.
David joined Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon in May 2001, and has served as vice president of pharmacy, responsible for overseeing all pharmacy-related services including formulary activities, contracting, and benefit design.
Before joining The Regence Group, he was Director of Pharmacy Services for Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City, Utah, an integrated health care system with hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and a mixed-model managed care company.
David received both his pharmacy degree and his M.B.A. from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
