Steve Hooker
Regence Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve is a certified public accountant who leads Regence's actuarial & underwriting and finance functions. His responsibilities include implementing financial decision support functions and enhanced modeling capabilities.
Steve was named to his current position in 1996, and previously served in senior capacities with Oregon Blue Plan affiliates since 1981.
Steve holds an bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in computer science from Oregon State University. He has done post-graduate work (business courses and seminars) at Northwestern University, Duke University, Harvard University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
