Jo Anne Long
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Program Management
Jo Anne leads Regence's program management team, including move to common processes and systems that support the company's new business model.
She joined Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon in 1996 as an associate general counsel and has held leadership positions with Regence since 1999.
Her community interests include chairing the boards of STARS Foundation and Portland Hope Meadows, both of which provide assistance to Oregon youth.
Jo Anne holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Nursing; and obtained her law degree from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College.
