John Morgan
President, Direct Health Solutions
John oversees the growth and development of the company's suite of consumer-focused health and wellness products and services.
He joined Regence in 2011 and has led some of the most innovative and well-known companies in the biotech and medical device industries. Most notably, he served as President, Mid-America of Baxter International, Inc. and as president and CEO of HemCon Medical Technologies, Inc.
Under John's leadership, the company developed the HemCon® Bandage in collaboration with the U.S. Army to stop severe, arterial bleeding, the leading cause of death on the battlefield, then guided the company through the subsequent dramatic growth.
A University of Arizona graduate, Morgan has a bachelor's degree in public administration and economics. He serves on the board of the Oregon Innovation Council and is a past member of the Oregon Bioscience Association and the Regence board of directors.
John is a founding board member and secretary of Coalition for Dwarf Advocacy.
John and his family live in Portland, Oregon.
