How do I apply for a position at Regence?
Select the "Search and Apply" link that is located on every page of our careers section. You will then have the opportunity to click the "Search Openings" box if this is your first visit or log-in with your username and password if you are a returning visitor.
What do I do if I forgot my password or login?
You are welcome to email jahanse@regence.com with the name you used when you applied previously, the last 4 digits of you social security number, and the phone number you previously entered. Your login and password will be sent to you within the next business day.
How do I find the position I am looking for?
Select the "Search and Apply" link located under First Time Visitor. Click the Search Openings button. You will then be able to search postings by location, job category or keywords.
What if I want to apply to more than one job posting?
Once you have completed your application, simply check the "apply" box to the left of the job posting that you are qualified for and wish to be considered.
What if I wish to withdraw my application from a job posting?
Select the Search and Apply link and log in as a "Returning Visitor" with your user-name and password. Under "Search Preferences" click NEXT and you will then see a history of the positions you have applied for. For any active postings you will have the opportunity to click "Withdraw" if desired.
How long is my application going to be active in your database?
How do I update my application and resume with Regence?
Select "Search and Apply" and log in as returning visitor. From there, you can update any section of the application by using the tabs found at the top of the screen.
If my computer is down or I am having problems getting through your application process, is there any other way to apply?
You must submit an online application in order to be considered for any position at Regence. If you are having computer issues, you are welcome to come in the closest Regence office and apply at a kiosk in Human Resources during business hours. Please note, the application can take 30 minutes to an hour, be sure to give yourself ample time to complete the application process.
I noticed a position open earlier and now the position is not listed, may I still apply?
If a position is no longer posted on our website, it means we are not longer accepting applications for that job opening. You may create a profile (application) within our applicant system to save for future openings. Please note that you must apply to a specific job posting to be considered (see question #4 above on applying to specific job postings).
Will I be contacted if I am not chosen for an interview?
No. Unfortunately, due to high volume of applications we receive, only those individuals who are selected to move forward in the interview process, or if we need additional information regarding background and experience will be contacted.
Does Regence offer a Summer Internship Program?

Does Regence offer sponsorship if I need a work permit to be employed in the United States?
Typically, we do not offer sponsorships. However, for hard-to fill poisons, we may consider on a case-by-case basis.
