What is the Regence Learning Exchange?
The Regence Learning Exchange empowers employees to take charge of their learning by providing quick access to learning resources, best practices and subject matter experts throughout the Regence organization.
Resources include thousands of quick access resources available through:
- Harvard Manage Mentor
- ROLLS (Regence On-Line Learning System, our own internally designed instructor-led and online courses)
Employees can also become part of learning communities in which they can exchange ideas with other employees and leaders from across the organization. All employees have full access to our virtual Career Development Center.
Opportunities to Share Your Knowledge With Others
Regence employees can also contribute to the learning of others by creating their own learning resources. Employees can share their own expertise and experiences by creating their own personal profile page, wikis or blogs to share their suggested learning plans within learning communities or on our learning best practices tool.
