Regence prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through an external recruiter or agency. A good recruiting strategy, at times, requires engaging with external recruiters and/or agencies on certain positions. Any position that Regence is willing to pay a fee is posted on BountyJobs.com.
There are no fees to join. Once you complete your registration, you will be contacted by a BountyJobs representative who will walk you though a presentation of their system and explain how it works.
Regence will not accept referral of candidates by recruiters or agencies directly through email, mail or any other means. We will only accept candidates through BountyJobs.com. In the event a candidate is submitted to Regence by an external recruiter or agency other than through BountyJobs.com, Regence reserves the right to pursue and hire the candidate without financial obligation to the external recruiter or agency.
