Inspiring Excellence and Achievement
Our Company is comprised of nearly 6,500 employees who need a variety of skills and expertise to serve our members and our communities. We are united by a common cause, to transform health care - and to achieve that goal, it's important that we all live and own the cause - no matter the location of our office or the nature of our work.
Regence University aligns our company's education and learning opportunities with the strategies that support our cause. It provides us with an important way to provide employees with ongoing training and professional development opportunities. The curriculum includes internally designed instructor-led courses, online courses and other resources for employees, as well as various vendor-produced programs available through ROLLS (Regence On-line Learning System).
The University is comprised of eight different Schools - School of Leadership and Management Development, School of Member Services, School of Licensing and Certification, School of All-Employee Essential Education, School of Sales and Underwriting Education, School of Marketing Education, School of Provider Awareness, and the School of Technical Education - that offer employees everything from mandatory training on topics such as ethics and privacy to courses on supervisory practices, data analysis, systems or Regence product information.
