UMP Consumer-Directed Health Plan (UMP CDHP)

• Lower premiums, higher out-of-pocket limit and deductible (medical and prescription drug combined)
• Includes tax-free health savings account (HSA) with contributions from your employer or PEBB program.

What do the plans cover?
Both plans cover the same medical services, and you pay the same percentage for covered medical services after you meet your deductible. However, the prescription drug benefits are significantly different. Use the links on the right to compare the plans.
