New Employee Orientation
With so many choices in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, the task of choosing a health plan can be daunting. This activity allows new employees the opportunity to ask questions directly to the health insurance carriers, to make an informed health insurance selection.

Service Day/Information Booth
Make sure the employees at your agency have an opportunity to take advantage of this personalized service to have their claims and enrollment questions addressed on site and face-to-face with a representative from Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Group Meeting/Lunch and Learn Seminar
Have you noticed that the employees at your agency have questions about their health insurance? Let us set up a formal presentation at your agency on any one of the topics below, followed by a question-and-answer period.

Pre-Retirement Seminars
The topic of retirement is one of the most frequently asked questions we get from federal employees. There is often not enough time to give it the attention it deserves. We are available for pre-retirement seminars where we discuss the rules for continuing your FEHB coverage in retirement, a Medicare 101 overview, as well as how your FEHB benefits will combine with Medicare if you choose that path. The presentation typically takes about 30-45 minutes with Q&A afterwards.

Wellness and Resource events
We are available to share information with your employees about the different wellness programs and discounts available to them. We can also cater these events to cover specific topics like mental health, safety tips, nutrition, and more.

Open Season Events
