Whether you need to find a therapist in your network or see what’s covered under your plan, we can help. Personalized diabetes care

The new Diabetes Management Program through Omada Health includes a dedicated care team for one-on-one guidance, a peer group for real-time support, food and activity tracking tools, and a connected glucose monitor with unlimited strips and lancets to track your progress. There is no cost to participate in the program.

Health advice, day or night

Feeling sick and not sure if you need to go to the doctor or stay at home? Connect with a registered nurse at any hour over the phone or virtual chat to get the advice you need.*

Advice24 is not insurance but is offered in addition to your medical plan to help you get information and support when you need it.

Important change in how we communicate to members ages 13 and older

As part of a new Washington state law about sensitive conditions, plan communications will go only to the member receiving care.
