How are we doing?
We want to know what our members think of the services we provide and how we can improve, so we regularly reach out to hundreds of members just like you.
Typically, we choose a random selection of members on a quarterly basis, and send them a satisfaction survey. We contact them by U.S. mail, but they can fill out the questionnaire online as well. We usually receive close to 1,000 responses per quarter.
The report pulls together those responses, and the results are weighted based upon the kinds of customers who responded and the states in which they live.
