As an agent or broker appointed to sell Regence Medicare Advantage and Part D plans, you are an important partner in the continued success of our Medicare program. As such, Medicare requires agents and brokers to participate in our Medicare compliance program.
Regence is committed to providing you with the tools needed to ensure you meet the obligations under our Medicare compliance program. We provide standards of conduct, resources for reporting concerns or issues and more, on a public website for you.
Click the link above for our Medicare compliance program website. Regence expects that all agents and brokers will read the Code of Business Conduct. You will also need to fill out the Conflict of Interest statement and keep it on file. Your Fraud, Waste and Abuse training will occur during your annual certification training with Gorman. See your contract and the links in the FDR Resources page for additional requirements. Please contact your sales representative with any questions.
