Pay online—it's simple and secure

Set up and manage automatic monthly payments or make a one-time payment through InstaMed, our online payment partner. Paying through InstaMed is quick, easy and free for our members.

Your premiums are due by the first day of the month that your coverage begins. For example, if your insurance begins January 2018, your payment is due no later than Jan. 1, 2018. You will receive a bill for the amount you owe. We will start sending our bills on Dec. 1 for those who have enrolled.

You can pay your monthly health insurance premiums in several ways.

Make a phone call

You can call our automated payment system at 1 (888) 431-2063. Have you banking information and member ID ready.

Use your bank's bill-pay system

Most banks and credit unions offer customers this option. When you set up payment through your bank, use your 9-digit member ID (without the dashes). Be sure to set up your premium payment several days before it is due; processing times can vary from bank to bank. If you need help setting this up, contact your bank's customer service department.

Send a check or money order, together with your bill stub, to this address:

Make the check payable to Regence. Write your 9-digit member ID on the check as well, in the notation field.
