DispatchHealth has decided to exit the Seattle and Tacoma markets on Nov. 15, 2025, as well as the Salt Lake City market on Dec. 22, 2025. Access continues for Vashon Island and Portland. Members in those areas can continue accessing at-home urgent medical care through DispatchHealth.
As with DispatchHealth's exit from Spokane and Olympia earlier this fall, these decisions reflect their sharpened focus on delivering high-acuity, hospital-level care in partnership with established health systems.
