June 24, 2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your data, we are implementing multifactor authentication (MFA) at the end of June for all Employer Center users. This security enhancement will help safeguard your organization's information against potential cyber threats and data breaches. When the feature launches, MFA will automatically be enabled; you will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email address. You have the option to switch to SMS (text) verification at any time. This additional layer of security represents a significant upgrade to our platform's protection capabilities while maintaining a streamlined user experience.
Before this security enhancement takes effect, we recommend that you verify and update your credentials to ensure that the correct email address is associated with each account. You can easily request an update directly from the login screen; contact your membership administrator or have your account executive submit a request on your behalf. This will ensure a smooth transition when multifactor authentication is enabled for all users.
This security upgrade is just one part of our broader initiative to enhance the Employer Center experience. In the coming months, you can expect additional improvements, including more resources and materials hosted directly on the platform and increased availability of group-specific data. These changes provide more comprehensive tools and information to help you manage your benefits program effectively.
We're committed to continuously improving how we serve our employer groups. These updates to Employer Center reflect our focus on both strengthening security and enhancing the ease of doing business with us. With over 70% of our employer groups currently using Employer Center, we understand the importance of providing a secure, user-friendly platform that meets your administrative needs while protecting sensitive information.
