Improved provider search tool makes it easier for employees to find care

Our provider search tool on regence.com and in the Regence app is getting an upgrade. Intuitive design and a user-friendly interface (UI) will make it easier than ever for employees to find the care they need.

The new design goes live for employees later this month.

What employees can expect

Employees will see changes right away when they start searching for providers. They’ll be able to locate doctors, specialists and facilities in their area and filter results to target even more precisely those who best meet their needs.

  • Intuitive navigation: The new UI presents the most vital information first, helping employees quickly find what they need.
  • Easy filters: Filters are easily found via drop-down menus, allowing employees to precisely identify and apply the best filters for their situation.
  • Filter by ethnicity, gender and LBGTQ care: The improved filter interface helps employees quickly narrow results to choose a provider they’re completely comfortable with.
  • Compare providers: Employees can view providers side by side for a straightforward comparison of key attributes.
  • Improved map experience: With a larger and more detailed map feature, employees can easily locate providers in their area and make the best choice for their care.
  • Estimate costs: Providers’ cost information is displayed clearly so employees can make the most informed choice.
