In support of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ve dedicated this edition of Employer News to behavioral health.

Mental health affects every aspect of our lives—from job performance and productivity to relationships with colleagues and overall well-being. When employees have access to support and feel comfortable using these services, they’re better equipped to manage stress, maintain work-life balance and bring their best selves to work.

We want you to have everything you need to support your employees’ mental well-being. In this edition, you’ll find tools and resources for your communication efforts. We’ve included tips for managers on addressing mental health concerns in the workplace, plus ready-to-share materials for your employee communications.

When employees know how to access their behavioral health care, everyone benefits.
