New EAP user experience simplifies navigation to personalized care

April 29, 2025

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) have been shown to reduce absenteeism, workplace injury rates and health-related productivity issues, according to the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.

Regence’s EAP partner, ComPsych®, has launched a new digitally enabled user experience and mobile app that make it easier for members to navigate to the care they need through three simple prompts:

  • Connect Me (“I know what I want now.”)
  • Guide Me (“I have an idea but would like to be guided to the best tools and resources for me.”)
  • Assess Me (“I’m seeking a comprehensive needs assessment and highly personalized care recommendations.”)

Assess Me features a 10-to-15-minute AI-enabled care assessment that results in a care plan tailored to the member’s unique needs, whether it’s financial, emotional, legal or a combination of several.

Regence members can access the EAP by visiting the ComPsych® website guidanceresources.com, downloading their GuidanceNow app or calling 1-800-922-2687.

The Regence EAP is embedded in small group and Individual plans and is offered as a buy up for ASO and large group (101+) plans. Contact your account executive for more information.
