August 26, 2025
Starting Jan. 1, 2026, we're launching our Enhanced Accumulator Adjustment Program for ASO and fully insured groups to provide even greater savings opportunities for your employees on specialty medications.
Note: While we're calling it the Enhanced Accumulator Adjustment Program, our pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) calls it FlexAccess Qualified, which is the name employees will see in communications.
Our PBM’s legacy manufacturer coupon accumulator adjustment program will discontinue on Dec. 31, 2025. Our enhanced program provides services designed to maximize prescription drug savings:
- Proactive outreach to employees when manufacturer coupons are available for high-cost specialty drugs
- Access to additional participating specialty pharmacies
- The same seamless experience where coupon dollars are removed from deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums
The program launches Jan. 1, 2026, regardless of your renewal date. Your account executive will notify you if there are specific implementation details to discuss.
When your employees fill prescriptions for high-cost specialty medications, drug manufacturers often provide coupons to reduce out-of-pocket costs at the pharmacy. Our Enhanced Accumulator Adjustment Program ensures that those coupon savings don't count toward annual deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums, helping manage overall prescription drug costs while employees still receive immediate savings at pickup.
