When your employees call us about behavioral health services, our team can:
- Identify crisis resources when needed
- Help employees understand their benefits and coverage options
- Locate in-network providers in their area
- Connect them with virtual care options for faster access
- Transfer them to additional support services, including care management and community resources
Starting May 1, 2025, health care providers will also have direct access to our behavioral health Triage team. This means your employees' health care providers can quickly connect with our specialists to ensure seamless care coordination.
