You’ll receive an invitation to complete your 2023 Regence Medicare Advantage and Part D certification via email in early July. To comply with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) regulations, you must complete an annual certification to sell Regence Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans.

You must recertify to sell and receive commissions on existing Medicare Advantage and Part D business. Certification training must be completed by September 15, 2022 so you’re prepared for AEP. If you’ve completed either the AHIP or NAHU Core, Compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) certification training, those certificates satisfy the training requirement.
