Action required: Important changes to AutoPay and one-time payments

On August 6, 2022, our vendor InstaMed will change its financial processor from Wells Fargo to JPMorgan Chase. With this change, groups who pay their monthly premium using our convenient AutoPay or one-time payment feature and have an ACH block on their bank accounts must update their accounts to authorize JPMorgan Chase to withdraw payments.

Groups will need to provide the following information to their bank:

Idaho:
            Bank name: JPMorgan Chase
            Routing number: 123271978
            New company IDs: 9221883201 and 9221883202
            Company name: InstaMed

Oregon:
            Bank name: JPMorgan Chase
            Routing number: 325070760
            New company IDs: 9221883201 and 9221883202
            Company name: InstaMed

Utah:
            Bank name: JPMorgan Chase
            Routing number: 124001545
            New company IDs: 9221883201 and 9221883202
            Company name: InstaMed

Washington:
            Bank name: JPMorgan Chase
            Routing number: 325070760
            New company IDs: 9221883201 and 9221883202
            Company name: InstaMed
