Get credentialed for Individual sales in 2024

Imagine being a consumer searching for health insurance on your own. To make the best choice for yourself and your family, you need expert guidance. But the Individual market experiences so much change each year that not every producer can stay up to date on all the changes, big and small, that may affect your decision.

Does your producer know why one plan’s premium is higher or lower than another? Do they offer comparisons of each plan’s network? Do they ask what physicians, hospitals or prescription drugs you need or prefer?

These are important questions. But consumers often don’t know enough to ask. Your expertise in providing answers can make the difference in how they experience their health care.

That’s why Regence Individual Sales is happy to offer you the opportunity to get credentialed for 2024. Credentialing is an opportunity to enhance your knowledge about Regence plans, benefits, networks and more. It can elevate your expertise and support for your clients when it’s most needed—when they’re choosing a health plan for the coming year.

Plus, you'll be eligible to earn extra commissions on business when you take the time to pass the test.

Getting credentialed: There will be a new link at the top of Producer Center that will take you directly to Individual Market Credentialing for 2024. Be sure to review the Sales Collateral Library or contact your Individual sales executive for a PDF of the training deck. You must pass the credentialing test prior to the start of Open Enrollment (Oct. 15, 2023, in Idaho; Nov. 1, 2023, in Oregon, Utah and Washington) to be eligible to earn additional commissions.
