Each month, producers receive an email containing a list of their groups’ annual certifications that have been released prior to renewal. Effective March 2022, the producer’s support person will also receive this email if a support person is listed on the producer’s record in Salesforce.

If you would like to add a group support person to receive the monthly certification notice, email your sales representative with the support person’s name and email address with this subject line: “Certification Notification.” There’s a limit of one support person per producer.
