New toolkits help employees engage more fully with their health plan

It's no secret that getting employees to engage with their benefits is the key to their getting the most out of their employer-sponsored health plan. To help, we're developing a series of toolkits that include pre-packaged, easy-to-use materials to make it simple for employers to encourage employees to use their health plan tools and benefits.

Share the new regence.com and app employer engagement toolkit with them. The toolkit is available on Showpad, our one-stop end-to-end sales enablement platform. You'll find it under Experiences. This first toolkit includes a range of useful content—employee emails, flyer, postcard, newsletter article, poster, digital display screen—designed to promote awareness and drive utilization of their benefits. There's also a guide for employers that explains how to get started.

These toolkits are a differentiator as we strive to maximize the value of employers' health benefits and help them manage costs. Beyond this initial campaign, toolkits will be a great asset for new groups and Regence prospects, as well as during open enrollment and in post-UCR client follow-up.

Large (101+) fully insured and self-funded group employees receive MDLIVE engagement materials

As part of our continuing effort to communicate the value of telehealth and drive member engagement, we've partnered with MDLIVE to create a series of quarterly campaigns to support all groups that offer MDLIVE. The Q1 campaign reminds members to use their vendor telehealth benefit as a first line of defense for cold, flu and COVID-19.

The campaign includes email/newsletter copy, flyers in English and Spanish, a social media ad, an infographic, and campaign instructions for employers. We’ve included links to these materials below:
