Onboarding presents one of your best opportunities to help new groups and members learn about their health benefits. To make the process smoother for your groups and their covered employees, urge them to create an account on regence.com or download the Regence app.

Creating an account enables members to access all the features included with the new Regence digital experience—a simple, more personalized and integrated way to experience health plan benefits and features:

• Find care: Enables members to choose in-network doctors and specialists locally—and nationwide when they’re away from home.
• Estimate costs: Allows members to save money by comparing costs for tests, treatments and common procedures from multiple providers, and estimate expenses based on their deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
• Telehealth: Allows access to convenient and cost-effective quality care for non-urgent needs and behavioral health.
• Wellness: Regence Empower™ provides personalized tools and resources designed to guide each member to improved health. Small groups on metallic plans earn a premium reduction of 4% (3% in Washington) for each enrolled employee who completes a Health Assessment and biometric screening, and enrolled employees can earn wellness rewards.
• Medication cost savings: Members can research the efficacy and costs of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and compare brand-names vs. generics before buying.

• Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Administered by Uprise Health (formerly Reliant Behavioral Health), our EAP offers early intervention and support services to help members quickly and privately resolve issues—such as stress, depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse, absenteeism, insomnia and problems at work—before they become bigger problems. The EAP is embedded for small groups and available as an option for groups of 51+.

Having a regence.com account is indispensable for accessing Regence Advantages, our comprehensive discount program that provides savings on over-the-counter health and wellness products, fertility services, hearing aids and more. Regence Advantages partner Active&Fit Direct offers access to 11,000+ fitness centers nationwide for just $25 per month and has a $0 enrollment fee when members join by March 31, 2022. Our partner Fitbit, a 24/7 health companion, offers discounts on its line of wearable fitness monitoring devices and premium membership program to help members make every moment count toward reaching their fitness and well-being goals.
