Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) will no longer be included in two specific provider networks as of July 15, 2022: Blue HPN and Peace Health. OHSU will also not be included in the Legacy Alliance LHP network, except to provide services at specific facilities listed below, effective July 15, 2022:

• Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center Campus OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Northwest Portland
• Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center Campus OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Gresham
• Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center Campus OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Tualatin
• OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Beaverton

• OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Marquam Hill

Beyond the three specific provider networks listed above, OHSU will remain in network for Regence members. We’ve mailed letters to affected members explaining these network changes and their options for continued access to high-quality, cost-effective care. Attached is the member letter template, which includes continuity of care information, in-network provider options and more.
Below is the full list of providers and facilities leaving the Blue HPN, Peace Health, and Legacy Alliance LHP networks.
