In response to your requests, we recently added census visibility within groups' contact records in Producer Center. Available for all group sizes any time throughout the year, this new feature provides a detailed, up-to-date census for any given customer record. Offering real-time support for inquiries on covered members, this capability is particularly helpful at a group's renewal time.

You can access a group's census view by entering an eligibility date (past, present, future). The census view includes names, dates of birth, relationship codes and benefit plans. Members will show on the report only if they're eligible for the date entered.

Navigate to the group's Contract Record in Producer Center and click the Group Census button. Then enter the Members Enrolled As Of date and select the orange button to access and download the census.

In an effort to display groups' certification status more definitively in the eGMA, the status values in the Certification Status section have been updated to appear as follows:

• Cert in Progress has been changed to Cert Not Received.

• Cert Submitted has been changed to Cert Received.

This change became effective April 1.
