New searchable Forms & Documents capability added to Producer Center

When we launched our new Producer Center experience in January, we incorporated your input to create an improved, streamlined portal that makes managing your book of business easier than ever. Our goal was to reduce your administrative overhead and free up more time for you to provide high-value service to your clients. Since January, we’ve added several updates based on your input, including the ability to order member ID cards.

We’ve recently launched one of our most-requested feature enhancements: keyword search. With keyword search, you can now search our library for needed forms and documents via keyword, without having to scroll through multiple document collections looking for what you need. We've also included a variety of filters to make the search process even easier.

To help make the transition to the new search structure as smooth as possible, the older Forms & Documents search functionality is still available in Producer Center for those who prefer that method. We'll monitor utilization of the older system and announce a future date for retiring it. While there are learnings whenever we implement a new system or feature set, we've consistently seen producers embrace the new enhanced Producer Center and its functionality, with utilization and satisfaction increasing month after month.

Access to Producer Center is available to all appointed producers with active groups and prospects. If you haven’t used Producer Center before, there’s never been a better time. If you previously had your Producer Center access revoked, your access can be reinstated now, and we’ll no longer revoke it due to inactivity.
