The 2026 commission schedules are now available in Producer Center.
To access:
- Log in to Producer Center
- Go to Resources > Commission Schedules
The 2025 commission schedules have been reissued to reflect a change effective Sept. 1, 2025: Small group commissions will now be based on monthly enrollment rather than renewal enrollment. This update ensures alignment with our new agent commission system and supports more accurate compensation tracking.
The updated 2025 schedules are available on the Agent Onboarding & Commissions SharePoint site for internal reference. Commission schedules are intended for appointed agents and agencies only. Please do not share externally.
