Medicare Advantage incentive programs

We collaborate with our Medicare Advantage-contracted PCPs to offer financial incentives for outstanding performance in Medicare Star Ratings and wellness, structured supplemental data submission (SDS), member experience and chronic condition assessment.

We communicate with you about our MA QIP through multiple channels:

• The Connection–We share information about our Medicare products, quality initiatives and programs in our bi-monthly newsletter, The Connection. Subscribe today
• CGMA weekly activity emails–All CGMA users receive an email every Monday morning that includes a timely message and a link to check your progress on the CGMA.
• CGMA’s user guide–The CGMA has a user guide that highlights what is new in the CGMA for the current program year. To access the user guide in CGMA:
