Creating a Regence account enables employees to access all the features that will help them get the most from their benefits through an integrated, personalized experience:
- Finding care: Our updated provider search tool makes it easier to choose in-network doctors and specialists locally—and nationwide when employees are away from home.
- Estimating costs: Employees can save money by comparing costs for tests, treatments and common procedures from multiple providers, then estimating expenses based on their deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
- Telehealth: Accessing convenient, cost-effective and quality telehealth and virtual care for non-urgent needs and behavioral health saves employees time and reduces lost work time.
- Wellness: Regence Empower™ provides personalized tools and resources designed to guide each employee to improved health. Small groups on metallic plans earn a medical premium reduction of 4% (3% in Washington) for each enrolled employee who completes a Health Assessment and biometric screening. Plus, enrolled employees can earn wellness rewards.
- Medication cost savings: Employees can research the efficacy and costs of prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and compare brand-names vs. generics before buying.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Administered by Uprise Health, our EAP offers early intervention and support services to help employees quickly and privately resolve issues—such as stress, depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse, absenteeism, insomnia and problems at work—before they become bigger problems.
