Virtual mental health providers & support tools

Virtual therapy can be more comfortable than going in person, and it can also be a faster way to get care. Many mental health providers offer virtual appointments, and as a Regence member, you may also have in-network access to the virtual providers in the table below.

Not all virtual providers are available on all plans. To see if these providers are in your network, sign in to your regence.com account and go to Find care. Under Find a provider, select Behavioral health. From here, click More filters and Provider name, and then type in the name of the provider. You can also find out who’s on your plan by calling or chatting online with Customer Service.
