Your mental well-being matters as much as your physical well-being. Whether you need occasional emotional support or ongoing mental health care, we’re here to help. Many of our plans also include self-guided well-being tools, virtual care options or no-cost counseling sessions through an Individual Assistance Program (IAP) or Employee Assistance Program (EAP). If you’re a Regence member, sign in to see what resources are available through your plan.
To look for a therapist, counselor or psychiatrist in your network, sign in at regence.com or on the Regence app and use our provider search tool. If you need help finding someone who can see you, chat with us online or call us at the number on the back of your member ID card.
When you’re struggling with mental health, it can be difficult to leave home. Virtual therapy can be a much more comfortable option. Many mental health providers offer virtual appointments, and as a Regence member, you may also have access to:
AbleTo Therapy+, which provides eight-week virtual therapy programs for members ages 18 and older. Sessions are one-to-one with a licensed therapist, and digital tools offer extra support (effective Nov. 1, 2022).
Talkspace, which provides virtual mental health treatment for members ages 13 and older, including online therapy, coaching, self-help tools, psychotherapy and medication management.
NOCD, which provides virtual obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment for members ages 6 and older.
Charlie Health, which offers virtual and in-person mental health treatment for teens and young adults ages 12-26, as well as their families. For those who need more than once-a-week therapy, Charlie Health offers an intensive outpatient program.
A virtual environment can help remove barriers for substance use disorder treatment, such as lack of transportation. As a Regence member, you may have the following virtual providers in your network:
Boulder Care, which offers virtual substance use disorder treatment for members ages 18 and older, medication-assisted treatment, plus support through peer coaching, care coordination and other recovery tools.
Eleanor Health, which provides virtual and in-person treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Treatment can include medication-assisted treatment, psychiatry, psychotherapy, nursing care management and community support services.
Hazelden Betty Ford, which offers virtual and in-person substance use disorder and mental health treatment programs, including inpatient and high-intensity outpatient programs as well as medication-assisted treatment.
Not all virtual options are available on all plans. To see if these options are in your network, sign in to your account and go to Find a doctor. Choose Places by name and then type in the name of the provider. You can also find out by calling or chatting online with Customer Service.
