Call our automated payment system at 1 (888) 431-2063. Please have your banking information and member ID ready.
To set up a payment or monthly payment through your bank's website, look up Regence and input your 9-digit member ID without the dashes. Then set your premium payment to arrive several days before it is due.
Send a check or money order, together with your Regence bill stub, to:

Make the check payable to Regence and write your 9-digit member ID on the check notation line.
Your premium payments are due by the first day of the month that your coverage begins. For example, if your insurance begins on January 1, your payment is due no later than that date. You will receive a bill for the amount you owe immediately after we have processed your enrollment.
