Choosing a primary care provider

Having an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider (PCP) is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Your PCP can serve as a trusted partner who helps coordinate care and stays in the loop on your tests and prescriptions. Designate your primary care provider

Let us know who your primary care provider is by sending us a secure message at regence.com. First up, create a Regence online account if you haven’t already. Then, follow these steps to designate your PCP:

  1. Sign in at regence.com.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Message center.
  3. Click on New message and then select Other for the topic.
  4. Make sure your message includes the following: your provider’s name, your provider’s address and, if applicable, the name of your provider’s medical group.
  5. You can also include primary care provider information for your spouse or dependents by listing their name, along with their provider’s information.
  6. Click Send. We’ll follow up if we have any questions!
