Having an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider (PCP) is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Your PCP can serve as a trusted partner who helps coordinate care and stays in the loop on your tests and prescriptions. Learn more about the importance of having a PCP or read on for information on finding and selecting your PCP.
Let us know who your primary care provider is by sending us a secure message at regence.com. First up, create a Regence online account if you haven’t already. Then, follow these steps to designate your PCP:
- Sign in at regence.com.
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Message center.
- Click on New message and then select Other for the topic.
- Make sure your message includes the following: your provider’s name, your provider’s address and, if applicable, the name of your provider’s medical group.
- You can also include primary care provider information for your spouse or dependents by listing their name, along with their provider’s information.
- Click Send. We’ll follow up if we have any questions!
