Understand the three elements of health coverage

PLAN: The benefits that cover the cost of your care. Some plans are rich (they offer more comprehensive coverage) and others are lean (they offer more basic coverage).

NETWORK: The doctors, hospitals and clinics we've contracted with to provide care to our members at a discounted price.

COST-SHARING: How you and Regence both pay a portion of your medical costs. The most common forms of cost-sharing are deductible, copay and coinsurance.

Use in-network providers

We've negotiated discounted prices with our in-network providers. Your benefits are applied to the lower, discounted price—not to the provider's full rate for the care. Regence pays a larger portion of the discounted price, which means you pay less.

Find an in-network doctor

Use Find a doctor to look for in-network doctors near home or work. Once you're a member and you sign in to Regence, Find a doctor gives you personalized search results based on your plan and network.

All our plans offer these benefits

Doctor on phone

Talk with a doctor by phone or video wherever you are, whenever you need it. MDLIVE usually costs less than an in-person visit and is especially useful when traveling.

Preventive care

All of our plans cover in-network preventive services, including your annual physical, vaccinations and more. There's no out-of-pocket costs for you.
