Pregnancy Program

Get pregnancy and new-parent support with our Pregnancy Program. Your maternity nurse care manager can answer all your questions, plus the program includes its own app to track milestones during pregnancy and baby’s first year. Sign in to see if your health plan includes the program.

24/7 nurse line

Day or night, call Regence Advice24 to put your mind at ease. A nurse will answer any health-related questions you have during your pregnancy or after your baby arrives. They can also help you decide if you should see a doctor.

Regence app

In addition to the Pregnancy Program and app, you’ll also want to download the Regence app to stay on top of your health care. See a timeline of your past visits and lab work, always have your member ID card handy for appointments and more.

Breastfeeding/chestfeeding supplies

Many breast pumps/lactation pumps are 100% covered when they’re purchased through an approved vendor. Since there may be a limit on how much we cover or how many times you can buy specific supplies, give us a call and we’ll help you order.

Mental health support

Symptoms of postpartum depression usually show up within a few weeks after birth, but they can also develop during pregnancy. With all the physical and emotional changes, make sure to check in on your mental well-being. Your health plan includes behavioral health resources that can help.

Birth control

After having a baby, it’s possible to get pregnant again very soon—so it’s important to have a birth control plan if you’re not ready for another child. Your Regence preventive care benefits cover many prescription drugs from in-network pharmacies, including some birth control.

Quick tip: Your HSA can help with fertility & pregnancy purchases

If you have a health savings account (HSA), some things you might need along your journey count as qualified medical expenses that can be purchased using your HSA funds—including fertility enhancements, infertility treatments, pregnancy tests, hospital services and certain lactation supplies. Check with your HSA company for the full list.
