We're here to help you wherever you are in your pregnancy—from when you start to think about conceiving to the weeks after your baby arrives.

Before you're pregnant

Even at this early stage of growing your family, we have resources to help you prepare.

Find a doctor for your pregnancy

Use Find a doctor to locate the in-network doctor or midwife who's right for you.

Learn more about fertility resources

If you're having trouble getting pregnant, talk to your doctor, then contact us for information on treatments covered by your plan.

As a Regence member, you can save on fertility services through WINFertility with our Advantages program.

Once you're pregnant

Your Regence plan is ready to help you have as healthy a pregnancy as possible.

See your doctor or midwife

Begin your prenatal care with a call to your provider as soon as you know you're pregnant.

Pick a pediatrician

Shortly after birth, your baby is ready for regular health care. Use our Find a doctor tool to locate an in-network pediatrician.

Find out what's covered

Much of the preventive care you'll need will be covered by your plan. Our preventive care list has info on services that are free when you see an in-network provider. Select "Pregnant women" from the dropdown menu.

Many breast pumps are 100% covered when you purchase them through an approved vendor. We can help you order yours, so contact us when you're ready.

Some health care services, such as ultrasounds, genetic testing and your hospital stay, can be expensive. Use our Treatment cost estimator to help prepare.

Remember that you can minimize your costs by staying in network. Contact us to confirm that all your providers, including labs and ultrasound facilities, are in network.

If you get your insurance through an employer, work with the plan administrator to enroll your baby. If you purchased your plan yourself, contact us for help.

Schedule your well-child visits

Well-child visits are covered under your preventive care benefit, as are many vaccinations. View our preventive care list for details. Select "Children (0–17)" from the dropdown menu. Remember to see an in-network provider.

Get help with breastfeeding

A lactation consultant can help if you're having trouble breastfeeding. When you see a licensed provider, breastfeeding support and counseling is covered by your preventive care benefit. Contact us to learn more.

Find treatment and support for postpartum depression

If you feel sad or anxious after your baby arrives, share your feelings with your doctor. Postpartum depression is a common complication after childbirth. Depression screening is covered during wellness exams as part of your preventive care benefit.

For information on mental health services covered by your plan, including counseling and antidepressant medications, contact us.

Get free birth control

Birth control is covered 100% under most plans. Talk to your doctor about your options. See the Preventive care list to find out which kinds are included in your plan.
