If you get health insurance through your job, your monthly premiums are paid through your employer. If you have an individual or family plan, you can pay your monthly bill in several ways.

Use our automated payment system

Make a one-time payment or set up recurring monthly payments through our automated payment system, ACI Worldwide. ACI requires that you create an account that is separate from your regence.com account. You'll need your group number and member ID, which you can find on your Regence member ID card, or on your Member dashboard.

During the account set-up process, ACI will ask for your account number. That number is your 8-digit group number plus your 9-digit member ID number, written as one set of numbers. For example: 12345678123456789—no hyphen, no # sign, no spaces.

Pay through your bank

To set up a monthly payment through your bank's website, use your 9-digit member ID without the dashes. Be sure to set your payment to arrive to us several days before it's due; some banks can take up to 10 days to process payments. Send payments to:

Make the check payable to Regence, and write your 9-digit member ID on the check notation line.

Due dates

Your premium payments are due by the first day of the month that your coverage begins. For example, if your insurance begins on January 1, your payment is due no later than that date. You will receive a bill for the amount you owe immediately after we have processed your enrollment.
