If you get health insurance through your job, your employer will tell you how to pay your premiums. If you have an individual or family plan, you can pay your monthly premium in several ways.
Set up automatic monthly payments or pay one time through our automated payment system. Your monthly payment automatically pulls from your checking account. It's convenient, secure and you'll save on postage.
You can also use your debit or credit card to make payments online.
You'll need your group number and member ID. Find them on your member ID card, or sign in and find them on your Member dashboard.
Pay by phone
Call our automated payment system at 1 (888) 431-2063. Have your banking information and member ID ready.
Use your bank's bill-pay system
When you set up payment through your bank, use your 9-digit member ID (without the dashes). Be sure to set up your premium payment several days before it's due. Processing times can vary from bank to bank.
Pay by check
Send a check or money order, together with your bill stub, to:

Make the check payable to Regence, and write your 9-digit member ID on the check on the notation line. Premiums are due by the first of the month.
